By giving priority to continuous improvement and being customer-orientated, the GE Project declares the following as its fixed goals and decisions.    

• Meeting customer needs with economical and efficient technical solutions in accordance with local laws, regulations and international standards,
   
• To investigate solutions that emphasize customer needs, demands and benefits without sacrificing the ethical values required by engineering and to ensure uninterrupted customer satisfaction from feasibility stage to after delivery,
   
• To remain within the planned cost limits and deliver the jobs received on time without compromising the quality limits accepted by the employer,
   
• Respecting local values, beliefs and cultures in all geographies served, without any race, religion, language, social discrimination,
   
• Knowing the fact that we represent our country abroad, establishing warm relations with the local people, getting to know them, introducing ourselves and our country in the best way we can,
   
• Making designs that do not adversely affect Global Warming and taking related measures against global warming,    
• Respecting the environment as required by the environmental legislation,
   
• Following technological developments, and continuously constantly producing solutions that will enable us to be one step ahead of our competitors,
   
• Having an understanding that emphasizes teamwork, increases internal training and supports every employee by being an organization based on horizontal development,
   
• To develop the sense of belonging within the company through corporate identity studies,
